HELP for Small Business recipients tell us about how the loan program helped

Harlingen, Texas (Dec. 22, 2020) - Recently, the Harlingen EDC followed up with some of the HELP for Small Business recipients. The HEDC showed these Harlingen business owners appreciation for their hard work and dedication in helping make our city more of a community by providing more authenticity with the services they offer. Small businesses help cities create unique identities and in Harlingen, it's those one-of-a-kind experiences that make Harlingen a better place to live, work, learn, and play in.
