Harlingen Industrial Park 

With more than 500 acres of entitled land ready for industrial development, the Harlingen Industrial Park has a substantial amount of land, sites and buildings available and provides access to necessary utilities. The city is currently working on making improvements to the park to attract new businesses and employees with the creation of a 140 acre park.
