Available for specific off-site improvements for qualified projects.

These grants are based on need and other factors including location, type of project, number of jobs created, size of investment, and more. A project review form would need to be completed by the company seeking the grant. After a cost/benefit analysis is conducted by HEDC, a recommendation will be developed by staff and negotiated with final approval by the Board of Directors and City Commission.
